i'm a 42yo divorced man with 3 beautiful boys (13, 17, and 18). looking for a lady with a good sense of humor, morals, and that can lift 500 lbs. over her head! that was a joke. just kidding! even though i'm 42, i ain't done living. i am going back to college to get a degree in electronics, computer design, or further my mechanics training, now. i enjoy going to church, reading my Bible, and helping to lead others to the grace and saving mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ. i also enjoy NASCAR, hunting, fishing, art, water-sports, and spending time with my kids. i hope this don't sound desparate, but i am tired of being lonely. i'm one of those weird guys that actually like to talk and communicate. if i interest you, give me a holler! this is hard to answer, because i don't know you yet. i LOVE to cook. so i would invite you over and fix a delicious dinner, and then watch a movie. or we could go eat Japenese. i like watching them cook it in front of you. or we could go to a church service together, then go get ice cream.

i've been in the army 12 years, been in 9 foreign countries, 2 wars, and been in every state in the USA except for Maine and Hawaii. i've lived a pretty wild and caotic life at certain times, and thought i'd tried everything there was to do. so now i'm ready to settle down and just be normal. i guess if i had to answer the question with just one thing that i've wanted to try, it would be to die with dignity at an old age, with my boys being proud of me. i want to leave a legacy that says, "this man made a difference".

my idea of fun has changed allot over the past few years since my divorce. my idea of fun would be: 1)a beach vacation with my 3 boys. 2)anything involving church activities or winning lost souls to the Lord 3)a nascar race 4)a drive down the blue ridge parkway, ending with a picnic by a clear mountain stream. 5)relaxing at home with nothing on my calendar for the day! haha

a good moral woman that does not drink or do drugs. must know how to act like a lady. would be nice if you had a sense of humor. not looking for perfection, because Lord knows i ain't the perfect man! have a goal or a vision, or be open to follow me in winning lost souls to the Lord. enjoy life and always be optomistic. kindness, compassion, understanding, humility, and forgiveness, are all nice traits to have as well. be health concious and try to stay physically active. must like children and animals. but the most important thing; know Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior, or at least be open enough to come to church and learn how. after 12 years in the Army and being in two wars, and on top of all the other crazy things i have done in my past, i am gratefull that God has not taken me home already. so my faith is very important to me, and i would hope that my soul-mate would respect that. don't be fake, please. just be yourself.
