Me describiría a mi mismo como
Been divorced over 5 years and I'm looking for that special someone. I've taken these 5 years to work on myself, make the necessary changes that I saw fit and make sure that my baggage is all packed away. Now I'm ready for the next adventure and chapter of my life. I know with Christ in my life I was able to make these changes as successful as I have.
I just moved here from Chicago "GO CUBS" in June. My job was eliminated and lease was up so I made the BIG jump and moved here to be closer to my daughter and grand kids. The enjoyment of being able to spend time with them has been so special. They mean the world to me. I also have a son that is still in Chicago.
I like a lot of different activities from, going out to dinner (I'm not a real good cook, but I'm willing to help out in the kitchen any way I can), I’m more of a baker so I can bake your favorite cookies. I love baseball (and hotdogs) to horseback riding, music and dancing. Walks on the beach either here or on a special vacation, to swimming in a pool, lake or ocean and shopping, (what woman doesn't like to shop, even if it's window shopping). I also like to go for hikes and bike riding.
I've done camping, but would prefer a camper rather than a tent (grounds too hard). I do like hotels too. I like to watch movies either at home cuddled on the couch with pizza or popcorn (with that special one) or at the theater. Finding new places and things to do here in Michigan is something that I’m looking forward to. Not into watching too much TV or playing video games.
Not the greatest at fishing, but I don't mind hanging out in the boat with that special someone. I haven't tried kayak or golf but I am willing to give it a shot (no pent intended). Haha
I am a good listener, outgoing, and communicator. I like to show my partner affection whether it's in private or public by holding hands or a kiss and even a hug just so they know that I'm happy to be with them. I will give my ALL to the relationship.
I listen to Christian music (KLove 106.3) and oldies music. I'm a devoted Christian that goes to church weekly and attends Bible studies. Likes to volunteer where needed either at church or for a special cause, (Alzheimer’s is dear to me).
